By official action of a member board of county commissioners; <br />2. By official action of a standing or special committee of the <br />Association; <br />3. by official action of an affiliate organization of the <br />Association; or <br />4. by motion of a member of the Resolutions Committee. <br />All resolutions or proposed changes to the Policy Statements must be <br />submitted to the Association office no later than Friday, July 17, 1992. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): As the Board decides. <br />
