A brief out- <br />line of the Fixed Guideway Study and the management <br />structure will be handed out at that time. Confirmed <br />speakers include Authority Chair Bill Burkhardt; Jon <br />Howes, Transit Authority Planning Chair; U. S. Repre- <br />sentative David Price and State Representative Howard <br />Lee. Also invited are Governor Jim Martin and State <br />Representatives Peggy Stamey and Dan Blue. <br />RECOMMENDATION: The Manager recommends that the Board of Commissioners <br />accept the invitation to participate in the Triangle <br />Transit Authority Meeting on June 22, 1992. <br />
