The Board conducted a public hearing on April <br />21 to receive citizen comments about the projects included in the <br />recommended CIP. The Board decided to leave the public hearing open <br />to receive additional citizen comment at the May 4 meeting. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board continue <br />the public hearing and close it when all public comments have been <br />received. <br />
