Other impact fee authority (that <br />the county already had) seems to us the most appropriate <br />starting place to refine the process. We will be ready, in <br />any case, to help provide a "reality check" for the fees and <br />their administration. <br />Thank you for your efforts in letting us comment on the <br />Orange County Legislative Package and for including us in <br />this area of government that so vitally concerns our <br />industry. <br />Sincerely, <br />Dennis Duffy � William A.
