She noted that lot 92 of Piney <br />Mountain was 14 acres of open space dedicated to <br />Orange County. <br />Scott asked if the State had commented on the septic <br />easement for lot 6 being across the road. Cameron <br />responded that the comment on the Concept Plan was <br />that DOT would not allow a septic or water line to <br />run parallel to a road in the right -of -way, but <br />would allow a perpendicular crossing. <br />MOTION: Surklin moved approval as recommended by the <br />Planning Staff.
