i <br />10 a <br />Hill Township has been completed. The Commission <br />is also making.preparations for Preservation <br />Week, May 10 - 16. <br />d. Ordinance Review Committee <br />Cameron reported that the Ordinance Review <br />Committee had met and amendments have been <br />prepared for public hearing May 26. <br />e. Rural Character Study Committee <br />Burklin reported that the committee has completed <br />its recommendations and David Stancil is in the <br />process of preparing a revised package for the <br />next meeting on May 7, 1992 to be presented to <br />the Board of Commissioners by the end of May. <br />Burklin also reported that the Bicycle Task Force <br />will hold a public hearing on April 29, 1992 at <br />Chapel Hill Town Hall. The consultants, <br />Greenways will be presenting information and <br />asking for public input and discussion. <br />f. Planning Board /EDC Work Group <br />Collins to report later in this meeting. <br />g. Hillsborough Cooperative Plan Work Group <br />Burklin reported that a meeting schedule has been <br />set and, that, Gene Bell is working with an <br />Intern on land use maps to assist the cooperative <br />planning effort. <br />h. Transportation Advisory Committee <br />Hoecke reported that the committee will meet <br />again on May 20, 1992. <br />AGENDA ITEM #8: SUBDIVISION APPROVALS <br />a.
