Such forms shall be <br />so that when completed a full and accurate descriptio;;�oathe <br />Proposed use, including its location, attearance, and <br />operational characteristics are disclosed. <br />In addition to the t applic a ion, the applicant is r ecu �r e to <br />submit a site plan of the property on which the home <br />occupation is to be located.
