I have spoken with Mr. <br />Smith in regard to his letter to Ron Benton of Merry Land. Mr. Smith <br />advised me that if we were not satisfied with the assessment of $6,790,629 <br />that the next step would be for Merry Land to appeal to your office. Please <br />accept this letter as our request to appeal the assessment to the Tax Appeal <br />Board. Representatives of our firm would like to meet with the Board to <br />explain our appeal. <br />If you need any additional information or if we need to do anything further <br />in order to make our appeal, please let me know.
