At that time, the Board scheduled a public <br />hearing for April 21 to receive citizen comments about the projects <br />included in the recommended CIP. The Board may make decisions about <br />all or a portion of the CIP projects at its May 4 meeting, with <br />formal adoption of the plan scheduled during approval of the 1992 -93 <br />budget in June. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board hold the <br />public hearing. <br />
