Attached please find a copy of <br />your request with my signature of approval, which means that: <br />(1) Recreation and Parks staff will issue you the center's key 24 -hours prior to your <br />meeting <br />(2) With 5 working day's notice, Recreation and Parks staff will set up the tables and <br />chairs you requested, in the configuration you requested. Less than 5 day's notice <br />will necessitate note number of cha�rs�d tables availableu Public Works to <br />assist you. (Please <br />(3) your group is responsible for: <br />** picking up the key from the Recreation and Parks Department's main office <br />(located at 300 W. Tryon Street, Hillsborough, 732 -8181 ext. 2660) <br />One key will fit the building, and one key will fit the trash dumpster. <br />*+ parking your car and ensuring that the other cars in Your group are parked <br />in graveled parking spaces at the Homestead Center <br />** no smoking or alcohol in the Center <br />++ using the phone for only local calls to Chapel HiWCarrboro <br />(or to Hillsborough by dialing a 99" before your number) <br />Center Telephone # =868-2048 <br />+* wiping the tops of all tables and chairs with a moist towel at the <br />conclusion of your meeting <br />** removing all trash can liners from the trash cans and putting your bags <br />of trash in the dumpster (Don't forget the trash cans in the restrooms.) <br />+* mop up any spills and sweep entire floor (brooms and mop are located in the <br />Janitor's closet off the small classroom.) <br />** turning both the thermostats to 60 degrees <br />* * closing all interior blinds to block sunlight or prying eyes <br />* * turning off all interior lights <br />++ tag on all exterior flood lights on the sides, front and back of the <br />Center. Please leave off the lights on the front porch (the two on <br />either side of the front door and those under the porch roof.) <br />*•locking all doors when you le t� e�g,tst t g� have <br />pushed and pulled on all of them that ensuring locked <br />** returning the key the following workday to the Recreation and Parks <br />Department's main office (located at 300 W. Tryon Street, Hillsborough+ <br />732 -8181 ext.2660) <br />
