1. The following parcels of property are surplus property: <br />Parcel I: Tax Parcel 7.100.C.10 <br />Parcel II: Tax Parcel 7.100.C.10A <br />Parcel III: Tax Parcel 7.91.H.7 <br />2. The Chairman of the Board of Commissioners is authorized, <br />on behalf of Orange County, to convey by non - warranty deed in <br />consideration of the payment to Orange County of $1.00, the parcels <br />of property to the Orange County Housing Authority. <br />3. That the Clerk to the Board of County Commissioners is <br />authorized to attest the conveyances authorized herein and is <br />further authorized and directed to publish a notice containing this <br />Resolution in the Chapel Hill Herald one time after the adoption <br />of this Resolution. <br />4. The non - warranty deeds conveying the parcels of property <br />to the Orange County Housing Authority shall not be executed by the <br />Chairman and attested by the Clerk to the Board of Commissioners <br />and the deeds shall not be tendered to the Orange County Housing <br />Authority until at least ten (10) days after the publication of the <br />notice containing this Resolution. <br />This the day of , 19 <br />Commissioner <br />resolution and Commissioner <br />moved the passage of the foregoing <br />seconded the motion, and <br />the resolution was passed by the following vote: <br />Ayes: <br />2 <br />M <br />; <br />
