2 <br />on March 9, 1992, which resulted in a letter from Mayor <br />Johnson to the State Highway Administrator requesting a <br />meeting between the Town, the County and NCDOT. The County <br />Manager received a letter from the Town Manager on March <br />16, 1992, requesting that the BOCC concur with the Town's <br />request. <br />RECOMMENDATION: The Manager recommends that the Board support the Town <br />of Hillsborough in its request to meet with NCDOT to <br />discuss the issues of the Seven Mile Creek BMP's and <br />the closing of the Old NC 10 bridge by reviewing, <br />modifying as required and signing the enclosed draft <br />letter from the Board to NCDOT. <br />
