K <br />RECOMMENDATIoN(8): As the Board decides. In considering its decision, <br />the Board may wish to consider applying mitigating criteria parallel to <br />those it uses in granting exceptions to policy in certain zoning or <br />subdivision cases, for example: the quality and length of time of <br />experience of agency personnel in dealing with property tax matters; <br />whether the activity involved will tend to aid or meet an important <br />public policy goal established by the Board of County Commissioners; <br />and impact of unpredictable illnesses or permanent physical and mental <br />disabilities of agency personnel. <br />
