Insko 227 -2031 <br />Don willhoit P R O C L A M A T I O N 644 -3004 (Fax) <br />SOCIAL SERVICES EMPLOYEES APPRECIATION MONTH <br />WHEREAS, Social Services Employees administer a wide range of <br />service programs designed to provide Orange County <br />citizens basic resources and social work services to <br />maximize their well -being and self determination; <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, Social. Services Employees act on behalf of all <br />citizens to prevent abuse, neglect, and exploitation <br />of children and disabled adults, and when <br />necessary, intervene to protect them; and, <br />WEM Social Services Employees are caring professionals <br />who are committed to serving Orange County citizens <br />in a compassionate, confidential manner; and, <br />WHEREAS, Orange County wishes to set aside a special month to <br />recognize the vital contributions of Social Services <br />Employees in Orange County; and, <br />NOW THEREFORE, We, the Orange County Board of Commissioners <br />proclaim April, 1992. as "Social Services <br />Employees Appreciation Month" in Orange <br />County, and urge all citizens to join us in <br />honoring our Social Services Employees. <br />GIVEN UNDER MY HAND AND THE SEAL OF THE <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ON THIS THE FIRST DAY <br />OF APRIL IN THE YEAR OF OUR LORD, <br />NINETEEN HUNDRED AND NINETY ONE. <br />Moses Carey, Jr. <br />Orange County Board of Commissioners <br />YOU COUNT IN ORANGE COUNTY! <br />
