The plans are to <br />incorporate the Bureau into a private non- <br />profit after an appropriate transition <br />period. During that period, accounting and <br />personnel systems will be established. <br />In the interim, the Visitor Bureau Director <br />will be a County employee. The permanent <br />time limited status is proposed so that the <br />Director will be covered by County benefit <br />plans. The salary range recommended is <br />that approved by the Interim Visitor Bureau <br />Board. <br />All funding for the program including salary <br />for the Director is generated by the one <br />
