Fa <br />It is recommended that this agreement be approved at this <br />time, but, executed only after all financial commitments <br />from non -CDBG sources have been obtained and with the <br />approval at that time by the County Attorney. This will <br />insure that HAHC has the financial capacity to carry out <br />the project as originally proposed. This process will also <br />enable County staff to move swiftly, after these <br />commitments are received, to achieve final grant award. <br />RSCW=NDATION(S): <br />The Manager recommends approval of the Development <br />Agreement with the Hillsborough Affordable Housing <br />Corporation for the Whitted Forest Housing Project and <br />authorize the Chair to sign the document on behalf of the <br />Board upon approval by the County Attorney. <br />
