Mental Health Center <br />(6) Orange Chatham Comprehensive Health Services, <br />(7) Orange County Agriculture Extension, <br />(8) Orange County Department on Aging, <br />(9) Orange County Department of Social Services, <br />(10) Orange County Housing and Community Development, <br />(11) Orange__County Health_ Department, <br />(12) Orange County Manager's Office, <br />(13) Orange County Parks _and_ Recreation, <br />(14) Orange Enterprises, <br />(15) Town of Hillsborough <br />(16) Wake- Orange Chatham Headstart, - <br />The remaining five non - agency members shall be chosen at <br />large by the Orange County Board of Commissioners with <br />priority being given to one-private transit operator. <br />2. Terms and Rel2lacements of At Large Members <br />At Large members of the Transportation Advisory Board <br />shall serve two year terms, but no more than two consecutive <br />two year terms. <br />3. Vacancies <br />All vacancies on the Transportation Advisory Board <br />shall be filled by appointment by the County Board of <br />Commissioners, or the agency appointee. The person appointed <br />shall serve for the unexpired portion of the term. <br />4. Attendance <br />Any member of the Board who misses more than three <br />meetings any twelve month period, shall lose his /her status <br />
