4 <br />N <br />3. <br />CERTIFICATE OF RECORDING OFFICER <br />The undersigned duly qualified and Clerk of the Orange <br />County Board of Commissioners does hereby certify: <br />That the attached resolution is a true and correct copy of <br />the resolution to authorize the County Manager to submit an <br />application to ACTION for a $36,993 grant for continuation of <br />the Retired Senior Volunteer Program for Twelve months and to <br />assure minimum support of this program of 30% in cash, goods, <br />and services, and further, that such resolution has been fully <br />recorded in the journal of proceedings and recorded in my <br />office. <br />IN WHITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 9th <br />day of March, 1992. <br />ORANGE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />BY: <br />Beverly A.
