Customer Communications, Statements and Refunds. <br />A. Cablevision will provide information in each of the <br />following areas at the time of connection and at <br />any future time upon request: <br />o Products and services offered <br />o Prices and service options <br />a Installation and service policies <br />o How to use the cable service <br />R. Statements will be clear, concise, and <br />understandable. <br />C. Refund checks will be issued promptly, but no later <br />than the earlier of 45 days or the customers next <br />billing cycle following the resolution of the <br />request, and the return of any equipment supplied <br />by Cablevision if service is discontinued. <br />D.
