We are committed to <br />ensuring that our customers receive a variety of quality <br />programming; reliable, clear pictures, prompt, and courteous <br />service. To that end, we maintain the following standards <br />for Customer Service. <br />1. Customer Service Center and Telephone Availability <br />A Knowledgeable, qualified customer service <br />representatives will be available to respond to <br />customer telephone inquiries Monday through Friday <br />during normal business hours. <br />B. Telephone answer time by a customer service <br />representative, including wait time, and the time <br />required to transfer the call, should not exceed 30 <br />seconds under nort;ta 1 operating conditions. <br />C. our customers will receive a busy signal less than <br />three percent of the total time that the Customer <br />Service Center is open to service customers. <br />D. Customer Service Center and statement payment <br />locations will be open Monday through Friday during <br />normal business hours. <br />2. Installations, Service Interruptions and Service Calls. <br />A. Under normal conditions standard installations will <br />be performed within seven business days after an <br />order has been placed. "Standard” installations <br />are up to 125 feet from the existing distribution <br />system. <br />B. We will respond to service interruptions promptly <br />Providing entertainment and information choices. <br />
