C. General Statute Section 136 -63, Orange County will <br />request the N.C.D.O.T. to abandon that portion of the <br />existing right -of -way of Eno Mountain Road that would no <br />longer be a part of the road upon its realignment. Please <br />note that this intent expressed by the Board is contingent on <br />the Eno Mounte in 11,oact project being built according to the <br />plans identified in the Hillsborough Thoroughfare Plan <br />adopted in October, 1987.
