7 <br />DESCRiPT'ION OF CABLE TEIEVISION FRANCHISE AREA <br />FOR CAROLINA CABLE IN ORANGE COUN'T'Y <br />All unincorporated areas of Orange County except the <br />"Secondary Service Area." <br />DESCRIPTION OF SECONDARY SERVICE AREA: <br />The secondary service area is an elongated segment of <br />Bingham Township bounded by the Alamance County line <br />and the Haw River on the west and on the east by a <br />continuous line 200 feet west and parallel to a line of <br />connecting state roads and highways beginning in the north <br />at the intersection of Mebane Oaks Road (S.R. 1007) and <br />the Alamance County line and extending south via Highway <br />N.C. 54 to Gold Mine Road (S.R. 1957), Morrow Mill Road <br />(S.R. 1958), Orange Chapel Clover Garden Road (S.R. <br />1956) and Crawford Dairy Road (S.R. 1956) to' the Chatham <br />County line, all as more particularly described as follows: <br />A continuous line 200 feet west of a line formed by <br />the following state roads and highways: <br />Beginning at the Alamance County line on Mebane -Oaks <br />Road (S.R. 1007) and south - southeast along Mebane -Oaks <br />Road to N.C. 54; <br />Continuing south on N.C. 54 from the intersection of <br />Mebane -Oaks Road and N.C. 54 east- southeast to the <br />intersection with Gold Mine Road (S.R. 1957); <br />Continuing south- southeast on Gold Mine Road to the <br />intersection with Morrow Mill Road (S.R. 1958); <br />Turning west - southwest on Morrow Road to the intersection <br />with S.R. 1956 known as Crawford Dairy Road, Orange <br />Chapel Glover Garden Road; and <br />Continuing south on S.R. 1956 south to the Chatham County <br />line. <br />EXHIBIT "B" <br />
