The Town will constiiuot low- income houses on any <br />late it retains. <br />6. Provide the Town with s @mi- annual status reports until all <br />lots are completed. <br />60 Assign interest in the properties to the Town, in the event <br />HHOC cease to exist a$ an organisation or be declared <br />insolvent, or liquidate all or substantially all of its <br />assets. The Town will use such interest or proceeds for <br />similar low-income housing purposes. <br />The HHOC And the Town agree to indemnify, and hold each other <br />harmless from all loss, liability, claims or expense (including <br />reasonable attarney's fees) arising from any and all. <br />representations and activities relating to the transferring of the <br />eight lots for the construction of Habitat houses. <br />
