20 <br />ARTICLE XX - 'CONFLICT WITH OTHER PROVISIONS <br />In the event any provision, standard or requirement of this <br />ordinance is found to be in conflict with any provision of any <br />other ordinance or code of the County, the provision which <br />established the greater standard or more stringent requirement <br />for the promotion and protection of the health and safety of the <br />residents of the County shall prevail. <br />ARTICLE XXI - SEVERABILITY <br />If'any provision of this ordinance is for any reason held to be <br />invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent <br />jurisdiction, such provisions shall be deemed a separate, <br />independent provision and such holding shall not affect the <br />validity of any other provision hereof, and to that end, the <br />provisions of this ordinance are hereby declared to be <br />severable. <br />ARTICLE XXI - EFFECTIVE DATE <br />This ordinance shall be effective on <br />
