Such mechanical ventilation shall be installed in <br />accordance to State Building Codes and maintained in good <br />repair. <br />ARTICLE VIII - MINIMUM CEILING HEIGHT AND AREA REQUIREMENTS <br />8.1 HABITABLE FLOOR AREA. <br />(a) Every dwelling unit shall contain at least the minimum <br />number of habitable rooms required by the N.C. State <br />Building Codes. This provision shall not apply to mobile <br />homes which meet Federal or State construction and safety <br />standards at the time of manufacture. <br />(b) Every dwelling unit shall contain at least one hundred <br />(100) square feet of habitable floor area for the first <br />
