The use or occupancy of this dwelling for human <br />habitation is prohibited and unlawful. Removal of this placard <br />is prohibited and unlawful." Penalties shall be determined in <br />accordance to Section 17.5. <br />VIOLATIONS. <br />(a) The owner or occupant of any dwelling who fails to, with an <br />order issued by the Public Officer or Housing Board of <br />Appeals, pursuant to provisions of this ordinance and in <br />which an appeal has not been filed, is guilty of a <br />misdemeanor. Penalties to be determined in accordance to <br />Section 17.5. <br />(b) Occupancy of a dwelling posted or placarded as provided in <br />section 17.2 of this ordinance shall constitute a <br />misdemeanor.
