D. EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />A motion was made by Chairman Carey, seconded by Commissioner <br />Insko, to go into Executive Session to discuss a personnel matter. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Willhoit, seconded by <br />Commissioner Halkiotis to adjourn the Executive Session and to reconvene <br />into Regular Session. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />E. ADJOURNMENT <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Insko, seconded by Commissioner <br />Gordon, to adjourn the meeting.
