Reynolds Health Care Trust <br />and the North Carolina Medical Assistance Program for the <br />Orange County Health Department. This grant will allow <br />the Department to employ two (2) time - limited Maternal <br />Outreach Worker positions to enhance the Baby Love, <br />Maternity Care Coordination Program. No matching County <br />funds are required for this grant. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board of <br />Commissioners adopt the proposed Grant Project <br />Ordinance. <br />
