S ` <br />u <br />mnlementation Timeline <br />une I I I Hold 3rd Training <br />Agency Oualifications <br />The Orange County Rape Crisis Center has been in existence since 1974, and is <br />recognized as a provider of unique and unduplicated support services for victims of <br />sexual violence in Orange County. The Center works closely with the five law <br />enforcement agencies in Orange County, the District Attorney's Office, the Emergency <br />Room of UNC Hospitals, UNC Student Health Lad Psychological Services, Orange- Person- <br />Chatham Mental Health Center, and the Orange County Department of Social Services - <br />Child Protective Services, to assure the provision of coordinated services for victims of <br />sexual violence in Orange County, This is accomplished by regular inter - agency in- <br />service training on case management, interagency consultation and case referrals, <br />and periodic formal inter- agency communications. <br />Center staff and volunteers are highly - trained and supervised by the Center's Director. <br />who in turn is directly responsible to the Center's Board of Directors. <br />The Center has an established track - record with regard to victim services, volunteer <br />training and supervision, and inter- agency relations. <br />Clinic Staffing <br />Adolescent.
