The purpose of this project is three -fold: 1) to provide <br />direct services for primary and secondary victims of child sexual abuse in the Child <br />Medical Evaluation Clinic of UNC Hospitals, 2) to provide support groups for adolescent <br />victims of child sexual abuse, and 3) to provide training for local therapists who work <br />with victims and survivors of sexual violence. The project includes recruiting and <br />training volunteers to staff the Child Medical Evaluation Clinic and to facilitate the <br />adolescent support groups. It also includes the supervision and evaluation of these <br />volunteers as well as the development and presentation of three trainings per year for <br />local therapists on working with sexual violence victims. This project will be staffed by <br />a full -time Special Projects Coordinator. <br />To assist you in completing this section please refer to the instructions <br />
