1.3 <br />C. Copies of-the reports cited in Section XI.B. above may be sent to <br />the Orange County Board of Commissioners and any other entities the <br />Board deems appropriate. <br />Section %II - PURCHASE OF AGRICULTURAL CONSERVATION EASEMENTS <br />As provided in N.C. Gen. Stat. Section 106 -744, Orange County may, <br />with the voluntary consent of landowners, acquire by purchase <br />agricultural conservation easements over qualifying farmland as defined <br />in Section V.D. of this ordinance and located within a voluntary <br />agricultural district as defined in Section V.C. of this ordinance. <br />
