The proposed amendment to the Zoning Atlas <br />is to correct an error made in applying an Existing <br />Commercial (EC -5) district boundary when the <br />property was initially zoned in 1981. <br />Under the proposed amendments to the Minimum <br />Housing Code, all residential buildings, including <br />owner - occupied dwellings, would be subject to the <br />ordinance provisions. Currently, only renter - <br />occupied dwellings are affected. Enforcement of the <br />code provisions would be the responsibility of the <br />Code Enforcement Supervisor in the Planning and <br />Inspections Department or his /her designee.. <br />Currently, the code provisions are enforced by the <br />Housing and Community Development Department. <br />RECOMMMATION: The Administration recommends approval of the <br />Notice of Public Hearing for February 24, 1992. <br />
