The Board of <br />Commissioners reviews proposals to be considered at <br />public hearing for consistency with general County <br />policy and presentation format. Items to be <br />considered at the February 24, 1992 public hearing <br />include the following: <br />1. Proposed Voluntary Farmland Preservation <br />Ordinance <br />2. Proposed Amendments to Minimum Housing Code <br />3. Zoning Atlas Amendment <br />a. Z -1 -92 Lawton Cabinet Company <br />Approval of the notice will permit advertisement on <br />February 12 and 19, 1992 as required the N.C. <br />General Statutes. The rezoning application will <br />require notification of individual property owners. <br />The notice must be mailed on or before February 14, <br />1992. <br />The Agricultural Districts Advisory Board <br />considered the proposed Voluntary Farmland <br />Preservation Ordinance at its January 23, 1992 <br />meeting and recommended that it be presented at the <br />February 24, 1992 public hearing for citizen <br />
