-2- <br />Darlene Jacobs, Benefits Manager, will be sending a <br />letter to each permanent employee explaining the Sick Leave <br />transfer policy change. The letter will include a Sick Leave <br />Transfer Request form for the employee to complete to request <br />a transfer of Sick Leave, if he or she has eligible Sick <br />Leave which has not been transferred. This applies only to <br />those employees who did not transfer Sick Leave under the <br />previous retroactive provision. <br />Please call Darlene or me if you have any question about <br />Sick Leave transfer or need any additional information. <br />Personnel Director <br />
