'�luirayer :r �i'c <br />TO: 'Board of County Commissioners a <br />FROM: Sally Kost, Budget Director <br />SUBJECT: Impact of Interest Rates on Debt Service <br />Payments <br />DATE: February 3, 1992 <br />In response to a request from Commissioner Gordon, I have prepared <br />the attached chart which shows the impact of differing interest <br />rates on the debt service payment for a $52 million bond package. <br />The interest rates shown are: 6 %, 70, and 8 %. For illustrative <br />purposes only, all the bond are sold at one time. <br />Commissioner Gordon also requested that the debt service payments <br />be shown in terms of impact on the tax rate. Note that no <br />adjustments were made for revaluation.
