(3) The Division of Motor Vehicles agrees to provide <br />janitorial services and trash removal for the above <br />mentioned space. <br />(4) It is agreed between the parties hereto that upon <br />expiration or termination of this assignment, the <br />Division of Motor Vehicles may remove all equipment and <br />improvements placed upon the premises at its expense, <br />provided the same can be removed without material damage <br />to the premises. <br />This agreement is for a period of one (1) year beginning December <br />15, 1991 and terminating on December 15, 1992. This agreement may <br />be extended upon mutual consent by all parties involved. <br />Acceptance and understanding of these conditions are evidenced by <br />the signature appearing below. We trust this will be agreeable <br />with your office.
