She also expressed appreciation for the statements made by Eidenier and noted that she would be in close contact with all Board members regarding the on -going issues reviewed by Eidenier. AGENDA ITEM #8: MATTERS HEARD AT PUBLIC HEARING (10/10/91) a. New Hope Corridor Open Space Master Plan Presentation by Emily Cameron. (A copy of the abstract information and proposed amendments are attachments to these minutes on pages Other related information included in the agenda packet is on file in the permanent agenda file in the Planning Department.) Cameron reviewed the proposed amendments and the process for amendments to the Joint Planning Area Land Use Plan and map. She also reviewed the proposed amendments and process to the Orange County Comprehensive Plan and map. For JPA -2 -91, proposed amendments to the Joint Planning Area Land Use Plan and Map, the recommendation is: The Orange County Planning Staff recommends approval of the proposed amendments. The Chapel Hill Town Council recommends approval of the proposed amendments as per the Resolution dated November 25, 1991. (A copy of the resolution is an attachment to these minutes on page .) The Town of Carrboro Board of Aldermen recommends approval of the proposed amendments as per the Resolution dated December 10, 1991. (A copy of the resolution is an attachment to these minutes on pages .) For CP -4 -91, proposed amendments to the Orange County Comprehensive Plan (Land Use Element) and Map, the Orange County Planning Staff recommends approval.
