She also expressed <br />appreciation for the statements made by Eidenier and <br />noted that she would be in close contact with all <br />Board members regarding the on -going issues reviewed <br />by Eidenier. <br />AGENDA ITEM #8: MATTERS HEARD AT PUBLIC HEARING (10/10/91) <br />a. New Hope Corridor Open Space Master Plan <br />Presentation by Emily Cameron. <br />(A copy of the abstract information and proposed <br />amendments are attachments to these minutes on <br />pages Other related information included in <br />the agenda packet is on file in the permanent <br />agenda file in the Planning Department.) <br />Cameron reviewed the proposed amendments and the <br />process for amendments to the Joint Planning Area <br />Land Use Plan and map. She also reviewed the <br />proposed amendments and process to the Orange <br />County Comprehensive Plan and map. <br />For JPA -2 -91, proposed amendments to the Joint <br />Planning Area Land Use Plan and Map, the <br />recommendation is: <br />The Orange County Planning Staff recommends approval <br />of the proposed amendments. <br />The Chapel Hill Town Council recommends approval of <br />the proposed amendments as per the Resolution dated <br />November 25, 1991. (A copy of the resolution is an <br />attachment to these minutes on page .) <br />The Town of Carrboro Board of Aldermen recommends <br />approval of the proposed amendments as per the <br />Resolution dated December 10, 1991. (A copy of the <br />resolution is an attachment to these minutes on <br />pages .) <br />For CP -4 -91, proposed amendments to the Orange <br />County Comprehensive Plan (Land Use Element) and <br />Map, the Orange County Planning Staff recommends <br />approval. <br />
