The County set aside $66,000 as its contribution <br />to the tentative agreement. After the tentative agreement was <br />reached, complications delayed the improvements. Last year, <br />the Town of Hillsborough completed upgrades to the area, needed <br />easements were obtained and all parties are working to finalize <br />a new agreement. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S)): The Manager recommends that the Commission <br />receive the report as information. <br />
