AN <br />E. <br />F. <br />8 <br />describing development restrictions and requirements to be <br />prepared by Planning Staff and recorded concurrently with the <br />Final Plat. <br />Drainage <br />I. A stream buffer and drainage easement shall be provided for a <br />width.of 100' along the creek across tots 3, 4, and 5. The <br />width of the buffer shall be stated on the face of the plat. <br />Development restrictions within the buffer shall be specified <br />in a document describing development restrictions and <br />requirements to be prepared by Planning Staff and recorded <br />concurrently with the Final Plat. <br />2. A setback of 50 feet shall be maintained as measured from <br />the edge of right -ow -way of all roads. Side yards shall be a <br />minimum of 30 feet, and wear yards a minimum of 30 feet.. <br />These setback repuirements shall be stated on the plat, and <br />in a document describing development restrictions and <br />recuirements to be prepared by Planning Staff and recorded <br />concurrently with the Final Plat. <br />{ <br />IT <br />
