9 <br />2 <br />aware of the problem until the road had already been <br />improved to a lesser standard. <br />A more detailed history of this issue is provided in <br />the attached memorandum to the Board of Commissioners <br />dated November 14, 1991. <br />The Final Plat can be approved and released for <br />recordation only when all of the conditions contained <br />in the Resolution of Approval have been met. Specific <br />conditions of approval may be changed only through <br />revising the Preliminary Plat. Action on such a <br />request must be made by the original approving Board, <br />which is the Board of Commissioners in this case. <br />A revision follows the same procedures set forth in <br />the Subdivision Regulations for Preliminary Plats. <br />Preliminary Plat fees also apply, which in this case <br />would be $380.00 ($350.00 plus $5.00 per lot). <br />RECOMMENDATION: As the Board decides. <br />
