The resolution authorizes <br />cooperative purchasing for Orange County. Article 20 <br />Chapter 160A of the General Statutes of North Carolina <br />dictates that cooperative purchasing be authorized through a <br />resolution by the governing body. <br />RECOMMENDATION: The Manager recommends approval of the resolution <br />authorizing a cooperative purchasing agreement between the <br />County of Orange and the City of Raleigh for the purchase of <br />fifteen (15) Law Enforcement four -door sedans. <br />
