Work Performance <br />(1) An overall performance rating of "Unsatisfactory" <br />under the Work Planning and Performance Review <br />program <br />(2) Failure to perform critical tasks <br />(3) Failure to meet established deadlines <br />(4) Excessive absences or late reporting <br />(5) Failure to meet established standards of customer <br />service <br />(6) Failure to follow established departmental <br />policies and procedures <br />b.
