The following is a- summary of background <br />information to describe the Wengs' situation. <br />. The concerns of Khye Weng Ng and Guat Cheng Ng involve a <br />requirement for a public road in the Tanglewood Acres Subdivision, <br />approved on June 26, 1990. <br />The subdivision contains 7 lots, and there are three roads <br />involved. A sketch is provided below.
