IN <br />The project agreement calls for eighty -five (85 %) percent State and <br />federal participation in capital expenses. Attached to the agreement is <br />the approved Project Budget (Appendix A). <br />No capital expenses may be incurred under this agreement until final <br />execution of the agreement by the Department. Chapter VIII of the State <br />Management Plan details the procedures for procuring capital equipment <br />under Section 18. <br />The project and work order numbers referenced above have been <br />assigned to your project.
