ORANGE COUNTY SOLID WASTE COMMITTEE SELECTION CRITERIA <br />The Board of County Commissioners will appoint- an eleven <br />member Orange County Solid Waste Committee to identify an <br />integrated solid waste management plan for unincorporated <br />Orange County. The.Committee will represent a variety of <br />geographic areas and occupational backgrounds county -wide. <br />Selection criteria will include: <br />General Criteria <br />I. Member must be 18 years of age or olcl r. <br />2. Member must be a resident of Orange County. <br />G(--o ra;,hical And Other Related Interests <br />1. There will be one representative from each (.)C the sevicen <br />townships in Orange County. <br />2. There will be one additional representative from each of <br />the following advisory boards: <br />Orange County Planning Board <br />Orange County Health Board <br />Orange County Economic Development Commiss_icin <br />Chapel Hill Solid Waste Reduction Task Corce <br />Occupational Background <br />Committee representation will reflect a diversity of <br />occupational and socio- economic interests in the County. <br />rr <br />UM <br />8 <br />
