Areas 'to address in <br />this effort include: <br />- waste Reduction <br />- Recycling <br />- Composting <br />- Restrictions on certain solid wastes going <br />to the landfill <br />* Identification of solid waste collection service to <br />be provided as determined by citizen Weer]~. Areas to <br />address in this effort include: <br />- Current level of service <br />- Means for compliance with state mandates <br />- Identification of cit.izen needs <br />* Identification of equitable financing for the chosen <br />level of service. Areas to address in Lh-i s effort <br />include: <br />- Role of County <br />- Role of Citizen <br />- Role of L.O.G. <br />* Identification of means for garnering citizen support <br />for and commitment to the plan.
