The objectives of the committee will be as <br />follows: To assist in developing an integrated Solid <br />Waste Management Plan for unincorporated Orange County. <br />The Plan will include the following: <br />- Identification of means for compliance with State <br />mandates regarding Solid Waste Management in <br />unincorporated Orange County. <br />- Identification of Solid Waste Collection Service to <br />be provided as determined by citizen needs. <br />- Identification of equitable financing for the chosen <br />level of service. <br />- Identification of means for garnering citizen support <br />for and commitment to the plan. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Manager recommends review and adoption of resolution <br />and attached documents. <br />
