As a result of this review, Personnel has <br />developed the draft Disciplinary Action section <br />revision provided as Attachment 1. The current <br />Disciplinary Action section of the Ordinance is <br />provided as Attachment 2 along with the remainder of <br />Article IX. Attachment 3 is a draft revision to <br />Sections 8 and 10 of Article III of the Ordinance to <br />coordinate these sections with the revised <br />Disciplinary Action section. <br />The process of developing the revised draft has <br />included review by department heads and by members of <br />the Employee Relations Consortium. In addition, the <br />draft has been reviewed by the County Attorney and <br />Institute of Government staff. <br />
