MINUTES <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Insko, seconded by Commissioner <br />Halkiotis to approve the minutes for October 10, 1991 - JPA Public Hearing <br />as corrected. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Gordon, seconded by Commissioner <br />Insko to approve the minutes for January 6, 1992 - Regular Meeting as <br />circulated. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />XIII.
