Bane <br />3519 Old Highway 10 <br />Chapel Hill, NC 27514 <br />LOCATION: Located on Mount Herman Church Road north of <br />the Norfolk Southern Railroad and south of <br />Interstate Highway 85. <br />REQUESTED ACTION: Approval to remove ten (10) mobile home <br />spaces and change the type of sewage <br />treatment from a package plant to a spray <br />irrigation system, thereby adding 19.86 <br />acres to the park.
